NASA Confirms: Super Human Abilities Can Be Gained Using These Ancient Techniques!

Ever wanted to be in more than one place at a time? That’s right, I’m talking about the super-human abilities that can be gained by those who follow the protocol for what’s known as sun-gazing, a valid practice recently confirmed by NASA.

Many proponents of this ancient technique, used by many cultures such as Mayan, Egyptian, Aztec, Tibetian and Indian yoga, report not only healing benefits to common illnesses, but obtaining super-human abilities such as advanced telepathy and going completely without the need for food.

Nikola Tesla quoted:

” My idea is that the development of life must lead to forms of existence that will be possible without nourishment and which will not be shackled by consequent limitations. Why should a living being not be able to obtain all the energy it needs for the performance of its life functions from the environment, instead of through consumption of food, and transforming, by a complicated process, the energy of chemical combinations into life-sustaining energy? “

WHAT IS SUN GAZING?

Sun gazing (also known as sun-eating) is a strict practice of gradually introducing sunlight into your eyes at the lowest ultraviolet-index times of day – sunrise and sunset.  Those who teach the practice say there are several rules to the practice. First, it must be done within the hour after sunrise or before sunset to avoid damaging the eyes. Second, you must be barefoot, in contact with the actual earth – sand, dirt or mud; and finally, you must begin with only 10 seconds the first day, increasing by 10 second intervals each day you practice. Following these rules make the practice safe, says sources.

Nikolai Dolgoruky of the Ukraine calls himself a ‘sun-eater’. He has been practicing sun gazing for the past 12 years and has largely subsisted off solar energy since he began. Others have reported losing the need for food after only 9 months of sun gazing (by which time the practitioner has worked up to a maximum of 44 minutes). After 9 months of practice, you need only walk barefoot on the earth for 45 minutes per day, 6 days in a row to further the process of what has been initiated by sun gazing.

Sun-gazing is a practice also called the HRM phenomenon coined as such after Hira Ratan Manek, the man who submitted himself to NASA for scientific testing to confirm that he does indeed possess the almost ‘super-human’ ability of not eating, gained through his dedication to this interesting marvel. Funded by NASA, a team of medical doctors at the University of Pennsylvania observed Hira 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 100 days. NASA confirmed that he was indeed able to survive largely on light with occasionally a small amount of buttermilk or water during this time.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BODY DURING SUN GAZING?

During your first 3 months of practice, the suns energy is moving through the eyes and charging the hypothalamus tract, says those who have studied this technique and used it. The hypothalamus tract is the pathway to the rear of the retina which leads to the brain. The brain then, over time, becomes activated by the energy supply being received by the sun.
You will first experience a relief of mental tension and worry, since most worry is fueled by the energy received by the foods we eat. Since food gets it’s energy from the sun, it is said to be readily available to sun-eaters without the trouble of digestion. Though hunger is said to eventually cease, it is fine to continue eating regularly during initial stages, until appetite disappears naturally.
Another benefit early on is said to be an increase in confidence and an ability to easily solve your problems, as you are without tension. Everyone has at least a bit of psychosis, but during the first few months of sun gazing practice, it is reported that these attitudes go away and a positive nature gracefully replaces the old persona full of fears. By the end of 3 months, the gazing time will have increased to 15 minutes per day.
Reports on sun gazing say that the bad qualities normally associated with any person will gradually disappear and good qualities will remain, explaining that ‘bad qualities’ only develop in the absence of sunlight. Bad qualities like anger, fear, jealousy, lust – are said to disappear – and be replaced by a certain confidence and ‘spiritual knowing’ that senses more purely the heart of an issue.
At 3-6 months of gazing, the studies show that physical diseases start to disappear. They say that by the time one is gazing 30 minutes per day (building up 10 seconds per day) all the colors of the sun will have reached the brain. Color therapists attribute their healing of certain diseases to flooding the body and brain with the particular color that is lacking – depending on the ailment.
SUN GAZING
For example, in liver disease, the color green is deficient. The kidneys need red, and the heart, yellow. All of the organs and all of the systems are said to respond to different colors of the rainbow, which is why it is also recommended to eat a diet rich in a variety of colors. It is recommended during the 3-4 month period that you use autosuggestion to see your body already healed of any perceived weakness or disease. This action will facilitate the process of returning to wholeness.

As you continue the process, it is reported that after 6 months, the energy stored from the technique is no longer being used for repairing the body or the mind and can move now into supporting you in gaining more super-human abilities.

WHAT’S BEYOND HEALING?

By seven and a half months of gazing, now at 35 minutes, need and desire for food is dwindling. According to sun gazing experts, food is not actually needed to maintain the body, only energy – and ‘sun-eating’ provides that energy. By 9 months, all taste for food, including aroma, all hunger pains and cravings disappear.

Those who make it this far say that they report a noticeable ‘change’ in the way their brain feels – like it’s “charged up.” After 9 months of sun-gazing – reaching a maximum of 44 minutes – it is advised that you give up sun-gazing and redirect your attention now to the Earth.

For 6 days straight, one is to walk barefoot on the earth, 45 minutes per day. During this barefoot walking, the pineal gland is said to become activated. Professional sun gazers and those researching the science say that each toe is connected to a specific gland, and by walking barefoot on the Earth, you activate these glands.

The big toe is thought to be aligned with the pineal gland, the second toe with the pituitary, then the hypothalamus, thalamus and finally the pinky toe correlates to the amygdala. Walking barefoot, with the sun now falling on the top of your head, practitioners claim to create a sort of magnetic field in and around your body that recharges you and your brain.

Apparently this walking barefoot part is the most important aspect of the practice. As you continue walking on the Earth, this is when the magic really begins. The pineal gland is activated more and more by this walking procedure. Intellect is said to increase, along with memory. The pineal gland has navigational and psychic capabilities, meaning telepathy, the possibility of flight… now we are getting somewhere! Have you ever thought you would like to have your body in more than one place at a time? Well, sun-gazing is said to be the magical key to such abilities.

If you can barefoot walk 45 minutes every day for a year – you are golden. At that point, only a maintenance of 3-4 days a week is necessary to maintain the capabilities you have acquired.

ARE THERE ANY DANGERS?

Doctors and  eye care professionals caution against looking directly at the sun, saying that it will damage the retina. However, if done correctly, sun-gazing at the correct times of day, studies show there is no risk of damaging the eyes. Those who have been sun gazing for many years have had their eyes checked to show no damage, though it is advised that you have your eyes checked in the first few weeks of your practice, so you can know for yourself.

TO SUM IT ALL UP…

Remember, it’s 10 seconds the first day, at sunrise or sunset, adding 10 seconds per day each day there after. After 90 days of accumulative gazing equaling 44 minutes, you cease the gazing and start the barefoot walking 45 minutes per day for 6 days. At this point, I could imagine, hey – if you made it this far, what’s a year of barefoot walking an hour per day to keep it all? You will have to try it out and see for yourself.

If you are really interested in gaining super-human abilities, confirmed by reputable organizations like NASA, as the ones mentioned above, sun gazing sounds like a fairly straightforward path to enlightenment!

Here Is How to Use Tennis Ball to Relieve Your Sciatic Nerve Pain and Back Pain

Back pain. If you’ve ever experienced it, you know how it can completely throw a wrench into your daily routine. You may have lifted something improperly, and suddenly you can barely stand up straight let alone walk around. Perhaps you’ve suffered from chronic back pain, and you can no longer do the activities you enjoy. Whether your pain is chronic or acute, you’re aching (pun intended) for relief! Back pain is a general term that people normally use for any type of discomfort in the back or spinal region. This can include tense muscles in the upper back, which can sometimes improve from a simple massage.

 here-is-how-to-use-tennis-ball-to-relieve-your-sciatic-nerve-pain-and-back-pain

A more specific and localized type of back pain is called Sciatica. Sciatica is the proper medical term for pain that exudes from or along the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve extends from the lower back all the way down through each leg. Usually those suffering from sciatica only experience pain on one side. There are a few common causes of sciatic pain, including bone spurs, herniated discs, and pinched nerves from a narrowing of the spine. Some pregnant women experience sciatica when the position of the fetus causes a pinched nerve.

Other types of lower back pain that aren’t a result of a compressed sciatic nerve are usually related to the muscles. If the muscles in the lower back are tight, strained, or pulled, it can lead to lower back pain. Sometimes back pain is so excruciating that people find it hard to find any comfortable position. The good news is that sciatic pain typically resolves on its own between four and six weeks. But four to six weeks can be a very long time to live with such debilitating pain. Luckily, there are some home remedies and exercises that you can try at home to relieve lower back pain.

Tennis ball therapy has been shown to reduce lower back pain by working the piriformis muscle, which is located in the posterior pelvic region near the sciatic nerve. You can do this therapy from your own home.

Start by sitting or lying on the floor and placing the ball on or near the muscle where it feels that the pain is originating from. You can use one or two balls to do this. Using two balls generally works a larger area with less pain, since the pressure is distributed over two balls; however, you may find it easier to start by working with one ball until you get the hang of things. Slowly move your body so that the ball is moving around the muscle. Note any tender spots and compress the ball on these spots for 15-20 seconds. Doing this a few times per day will help to ease tension in the muscle and hopefully take pressure off the sciatic nerve.

Here is a video demonstrating the tennis ball therapy:

Another lesser-known remedy for lower back pain is spicy food. The capsaicin found in peppers like chili peppers, jalapenos, and habaneros helps to ease inflammation, which may in turn take the pressure off the sciatic nerve. It is important to remember that sciatic pain is a symptom, not a cause or disease in itself. It is important to find out if the sciatic pain is due to a bone spur or herniated disc, as these may require more treatment. If, however, your sciatic or lower back pain is due to a muscle or pinched nerve, tennis ball therapy should do wonders to get you back on your feet.

Important notes

  • You must remember that most sciatic pain is a result of a spinal condition, such as herniated disk or a narrowing of the spinal canal, which causes the nerve pain, so targeting the piriformis muscle is just one of the steps to relieving the sciatic pain. You still need to target the root of the problem in the spinal cord, so a consultation with a health care provider is important, as tennis ball therapy may be just one component added to a physical therapy, medication or exercise program.
  • If the sciatica or back pain result from pinched nerve, avoid placing the tennis ball near the pinched nerve to reduce the risk of further injury.
  • It’s always a good practice to talk to your doctor about your condition before you start a tennis ball therapy program to find out if there are any restrictions related to your condition.

True awakening is not just about spiritual enlightenment or liberation. Awakening implies knowledge, wisdom, awareness, mindfulness and responsiveness to the problems and situations in life.

You spend a whole life time thinking and working about your job, your family, your relationships, your successes and failures and your problems and struggles. Then suddenly you realize one day that there is more to life than the mere pursuit of things that do not last for long. It is an awakening.

One day, you realize that a close friend of yours whom you have trusted all along betrayed you and revealed some private details of your life which she only knew to others. It is also an awakening. When your mind wakes up to a new reality, a new lesson or a new realization, it is an awakening.

Each day life brings you new revelations about the world and people. Sometimes you notice them and sometimes you do not. Sometimes you not only notice them but also learn valuable lessons from them. All such experiences where you wake up to new truths about life and yourself constitute your awakening to the truths of life.

Spiritual people tell you that true awakening is waking up to the reality one’s own essential nature and knowing the distinction between truth and falsehood, and between reality and delusion. With an insight into the nature of his own existence and consciousness, an awakened person can pierce through the veil of ignorance and see the reality that generally eludes ordinary people.

An awakened person is mindful of his mind and body and their modifications. He pays attention to his own breath, thoughts, feelings and actions, without becoming involved with them. You might have either seen such people personally in your life or heard about them. Following are some of the distinguishing features of a spiritually awakened or enlightened person.

1. He is awake when other are asleep.

2. He is awake even when his body is resting.

3. He is attentive to every thing that happens to him.

4. He has control over his senses.

5. He is equal to both pain and pleasure.

6. He is free from ignorance and delusion because he has discernment

7. He is virtuous.

However, an awakened person need not be a religious person or a believer in God. An awakening may happen in different ways. It may be spiritual, mental or even physical. One may awaken to a new truth or a new realization. A scientist may suddenly find an unexpected solution to a problem on which he might be working for several years. One may gain a new insight into the nature of a relationship, a person or problem. People may wake up to a new reality when they grow through adverse situations or a sudden change of fortune. An accident may open one’s eyes to the value of life. Each of these awakenings has the potential to transform a person and change his whole attitude towards life and relationships. Many events and circumstances in life can trigger such experiences.

Whether it is spiritual or otherwise, an awakening is a state of mind in which the mind is open to a new reality or a paradigm shift in awareness. It can happen to anyone who has focus, dedication and discipline and in any field, an art, craft, profession or branch of knowledge. It may happen with regard to oneself or some external thing. When it happens you know that it happened to you and your have woken up to a new realization.

On the spiritual path, an awakened person has discerning wisdom and intuitive ability as he gains profound knowledge and insight into the nature of things through his mindful attention, whereby he can discern truth choose wisely. Yet he remains non-judgmental and unassuming, in his thinking and attitude.

Many people spend their lives in a state of ignorance, unmindful of what is going on in their lives and what happens to them. They have no idea why they do what they do and why they live. Without specific aims and interests, and without concern for their future of spiritual wellbeing, they live rather mechanically and habitually. They go by their surface impressions, yielding to their weaknesses and impulses without making any effort to transform themselves.

As Your Consciousness Raises, Your Suffering Is Simultaneously Eased

You can awaken your mind and body to higher truths and transcendental reality. You can overcome your limitations and see life with a great vision and understanding. With practice, you perceive the reality hidden behind the visible world. Following are some of the time tested method to awaken your mind and body to experience higher consciousness and realize transcendental truths.

1. Mindfulness practice

2. Breathing techniques

3. Practice of compassion, non-injury, truthfulness, selflessness, humility and similar virtues

4. Silencing the mind and body through detachment and self-restraint

5. Meditation and concentration

6. Devotional services

7. Performing actions without expectation and selfishness

True awakening means developing right thinking, right view, right attention and right actions. It is knowing truth without the interference of the impurities of your mind such as selfishness, egoism, desires, and prejudice. It is bringing your mind to concentrated attention and perceive the world with the clarity of a seer.

Happiness is not the absence of problems, but the ability to keep things in perspective and deal with them.

We all have days, weeks, months and – for some – even years of feeling anxious and uncertain.  It’s a vague feeling you can’t quite put your finger on.  From the outside, people think you have it all together, but they can’t see what’s going on in your head.  Emptiness fills your thoughts and emotions all too often, nagging at you throughout the day.  You set goals but they never satisfy your ego.  You always feel a day late and a buck short.  The search can seem almost endless.

And a question continues to spin in your mind:  “Why can’t I just be happy?”

The good news is you don’t have to live like this.  There is a better way to view the world that will lead to what you seek.  The first step, though, is to stop searching.  You will never find happiness by continually looking for it in another time and place.  When you focus on the lack of something in your life, what you want will always elude you.

Most of us are so busy trying to make something big happen, we forget to pause and appreciate all our little victories. Rather than dwelling on what’s missing in your life, start looking at what you have.  This isn’t just about material possessions; it’s about all the goodness in your life.  When you focus on the abundance you already have, the negative feelings that come from lacking something else gradually fade from your conscious.  Living isn’t an easy thing to do, but it can be enjoyable when you start to see the good instead of focusing on the bad.

Having trouble seeing the goodness?  Here’s a list of things you have to smile about – some obvious signs you’re doing just fine in life:

  1. You have the freedom to live your life the way you want to live it. – If you often worry about what you’re going to do with your life – your career, your family, the next step, etc., be grateful.  All details aside, this means you have ambition, passion, drive, and the freedom to make your own decisions.
  2. You are courageously walking your own path. – When people argue with you and challenge your decisions, remind yourself that you don’t have to do what everyone else is doing.  You’ve got to do what’s right for you, even if some people disagree.
  3. You are making difficult decisions and acting upon them. – How well you play the game of life comes down to the sum of your choices.  You know this.  Whatever you decide, don’t be the chess piece, be the chess player.
  4. You are working hard for people and causes you believe in. – Working hard for something you don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something you love is called passion.
  5. You are choosing to be happy in your own way. – When you stop chasing everyone else’s definition of happiness, you begin to see that the decision to be happy has been available all along.
  6. You see obstacles in front of you because you are not settling.– If you settle for just anything, there wouldn’t be any obstacles in your way, but then you would never know what you are capable of either.  Because your obstacles are your opportunities.  Obstacles are put in your way to help you determine if what you want is really worth fighting for.
  7. You have made the best of some tough situations. – Smiling doesn’t always mean you’re happy with everything.  Sometimes it just means you’re strong enough to accept it and make the best of it.
  8. You have come a long way. – Do not judge your failed attempts and mistakes as an indication of your future potential, but as part of your growth process.  Your past has given you the strength and wisdom you have today, so celebrate it and use the knowledge you’ve gained.  Don’t let it haunt you and hold you back.
  9. You haven’t quit and you aren’t planning on it. – People rarely quit over the last thing that happened.  Instead they quit a tiny bit each day.  Trying to fix the last thing misses the point.  Keep this in mind.
  10. You do your best to accept what you can’t change. – Moving on is never an easy thing, but if you start accepting things for what they are it’ll be a lot easier.  Acceptance is always the key to moving forward and making positive changes that are within your control.
  11. You aren’t scared to fail forward. – The biggest difference between wildly successful people and total failures is that successful people fail more often, instead of just once.
  12. You haven’t let fear get in your way. – You have to wonder how many people are afraid to die, in part, because they often realize too late that they were afraid to live.
  13. You still believe in the possibilities that lie ahead. – Accept what is, let go of what was and have faith in what could be.  Remember, life does not have to be anywhere near perfect to be wonderful.
  14. You dare to dream every day. – Dr. King gave the famous “I have a dream” speech not the “I have a plan” speech.  It’s our dreams that change the course of history, not just our plans.  Keep dreaming.
  15. You have a vision for your future. – “Vision” is the ability to talk about your future with such clarity, it’s as if you are talking about your past.
  16. You haven’t let the judgments of others stop you. – Keep listening to your intuition, and make this your lifelong motto: “I respectfully do not care.”  Say it to anyone who passes judgment on something you strongly believe in.
  17. You are doing what you can with what you have. – The secret to living the life of your dreams is to start living the life of your dreams, right now, to any degree that you already can.
  18. You are doing your best to provide value. – No one is entitled to success.  To remain successful, you must constantly find new ways to add value.  Keep putting your heart, mind and soul into even your smallest acts.  This is one of the great secrets of lasting success.
  19. You go out of your way to help people. – Service is not doing what is required of us.  Service is doing more than is required of us.  Remember, successful people are always looking for ways to help others.  Unsuccessful people are always asking, “What’s in it for me?”
  20. You aren’t scared to express your love, openly. – Love is great when spoken, but greatest when shown.  So if you care about someone’s wellbeing, show it.  Keep doing little things daily to show the people around you that you care.
  21. You continue to make a difference. – Have you ever thought about how much your actions mean to others?  Maybe that smile you gave to a stranger today made their bad day better.  Maybe that hello you gave to a colleague today made them realize people actually notice them and care.  Maybe that money you gave to a homeless man today gave him hope.  Maybe spending time with someone special today made them forget their problems for a while.  Keep it up.
  22. You have enough right now to live comfortably. – You didn’t go to sleep hungry last night.  You awoke this morning with a roof over your head.  You had a choice of what clothes to wear.  You have access to clean drinking water and electricity.  You are online right now.  You have plenty to be comfortable.  Being wealthy is a mindset.  Want less and appreciate more.
  23. You haven’t let rampant materialism get the best of you. – Our lives are not defined by the things we possess.  Our lives are defined by the things we pursue.  Make sure what you own, never owns you.
  24. You are reasonably healthy. – In other words, if you got sick today you could recover.  Never underestimate the gift of your health.  It’s the greatest wealth you will ever own.  It’s the foundation for every chance at happiness and success life has to offer.  Your body is the only place you will truly ever live.
  25. Your relationships are less dramatic than they use to be. – Keep forgoing the drama and ignoring the negativity.  Don’t let ignorance stop you from being the best you can be.  Just keep doing what you’re doing – being sincere and kind, and promoting what you love, rather than bashing what you hate.
  26. You have escaped from some very toxic relationships. – Don’t worry too much about people who don’t worry about you.  Know your worth!  When you give yourself to someone who doesn’t respect you, you surrender pieces of your soul that you’ll never get back.
  27. You know deep down that you are not alone. – Next time you feel all alone, remember, again, that you are not.
  28. You have great people in your life who are standing beside you. – Know that it’s less important to have more friends and more important to have real ones.  And remember, it’s during the toughest times of your life that you’ll get to see the true colors of the people who say they care about you.  Don’t take these people for granted.  Look around and appreciate them, right now.
  29. You have a home. – A house is a home when it shelters the body and comforts the soul.  But a home isn’t always a physical structure, or a specific location on a map.  Home is wherever the people you love are, whenever you’re with them.  It’s not a defined place, but a space in your heart and mind that builds upon itself like little bricks being stacked to create something stable that you take with you for your entire life, wherever you may go.

Recognizing these little victories in your life on a daily basis can take you from a mindset of wishing you had more, to a mindset of joyful appreciation.

Your turn…

5 Tips For Eating Healthy On A Budget!

It’s getting harder and harder to put food on the table for many families around the world.  Rising costs of food have left many to opt for prepackaged choices not only for their convenience factor but also their sale factor. What you may not realize is most of those favorite prepackaged, boxed, bagged, and processed foods are so devoid of nutrition that all you’re really buying is a container of crappy chemicals.

1) Stop eating commercialized, processed and packaged food! no fast food

Anything packaged has been processed to some degree and while we can’t avoid all things packaged, we can make smarter choices about the packaged foods we do buy.

Read ingredient labels and look for minimal ingredients. Try to avoid buying items with ingredients you can’t pronounce.  Look for organic and familiarize yourself with what companies have ties to Monsanto (even organic based ones!) and avoid fast food, take out, and soda pop altogether to save even more money!

List of food companies that use GMOs. Keep them out from your shopping carts.

monsanto_companies

2) Eat more fruits and veggies!

We’ve all heard this before, but most times our favorite produce products are not very budget friendly. Don’t fret! Keep calm and plant a garden!

If you can’t plant a garden, larger cities have community gardens or join a CSA (community supported agriculture), or visit farmer’s markets. Sometimes driving 1/2 hour out of the city to a rural farmer’s market will see you saving money at the stand, prices are higher in urban areas for fresh farmer’s market produce.

By now you should have some idea what your family uses on a daily basis.
We use a lot of diced tomatoes here. At almost $5 a can, these are not very budget friendly in our opinion, so we grow tomatoes right in our own backyard!
You can preserve them by canning, freezing, or drying. (Sun-dried tomatoes, anyone?)
Bell pepper bounties can be chopped and frozen in bags to use all winter and even mixed with onions for an easy addition to many meals.
Anything you grow can be preserved by some means if you’re interested in learning how.

3) Start making things from scratch!

real foodsNothing is more satisfying than tasting your own tomatoes, peppers, and onions in a homemade sauce! The flavor is incredible, it’s healthy, and you control everything that goes into it.

And everything you make and eat from scratch has no preservatives, chemicals, or pesticides (if you grow organic, which I recommend).

At my house, I like to whip up a batch or two of tortillas and put them in the fridge to use for the week or freeze in large quantities.

This way you avoid store-bought, chemical laden bread products and have a tasty treat with so many uses.  Homemade tortillas (and bread) are cheap and easy to make with all types of flours.

Some things we like to make with my tortillas are: mini pizzas, breakfast burritos, sandwich wraps, quesadillas, fajitas, and toasted tortilla taco salad.

With a batch of tortillas handy, budget friendly dinners are only as far away as your imagination can take you!

4) Substitute and/or stretch your meat!

Ideally, if you want to be at your healthiest, I recommend a diet with minimal meat. For some, giving up meat is not an option or a desire. But you can enjoy the best of both worlds by stretching your meat. Try using half as much meat as you’re used to and substituting the other half with lentils or other legume.

Lentils can be used successfully to replace burger in almost any recipe. They are a powerhouse of nutrition and protein, pound for pound more so than ground beef.

Dried beans are also very budget friendly and with a little planning can be made into some amazing meals, even in the Crockpot!

If you aren’t allergic to wheat, check out vital wheat gluten.

Mixed with broth, it combines to form a product similar to meat. It can take on many flavors and can replace meat altogether.

I’ve made “chicken” nuggets, seitan, buffalo “wings”, faux steak, and faux pork and served it to the most diehard meat lovers with rave reviews. healthy-eating-grocery-1024x524

5) Don’t forget dessert!

We’re all suckers for something sweet!  You can be healthy and at peace with yourself and still enjoy dessert!

Now that spring is turning into summer, we have access to an abundance of local fruits that can be made into a delectable dessert.

If you don’t grow your own, there are local farms throughout the US that have pick your own strawberries, blueberries, apples, cherries, raspberries, etc.

All of these can be preserved by way of freezing, canning, or drying.

A piece of your own strawberry pie is not something you’ll soon forget!

As with all things, enjoy your food in moderation. Life is all about balance. Find your cooking niche and do what you can. Any steps you take in a positive light will be rewarded right back to you!
